How many more will lose their lives fighting our greatest enemy?
How many more will sacrifice their lives for liberty?
We’re in a war with no way out, this fight against terror and evil.
God help us as we struggle to destroy the servants of the devil.
If anyone doubts our nation’s resolve and reason,
just look in the eyes of our children and you will be believers.
Our future generations deserve to live in peace and without fear.
We will fight to the end to pass on to them what we have held dear.
Freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom from want, and freedom from fear,
That’s what this nation called America is all about.
Though we grieve so deeply for those we lose, we must be faithful to our God
and know that He alone can save us from this evil we call terrorism.

I grieve deeply for those lost today on the two Black Hawks that went down in Iraq. I grieve for the others who have suffered similar fates in the past month. I grieve for all those brave souls who gave their lives so that we can sleep in our beds at night without the fear of terror in our households. I pray that God will accept each and all of them unto His Kingdom and they are resting in peace in His presence. I pray that their families will find peace in God's word and in the compassion of His people. If anyone knows the relatives of those brave souls lost in this war on terror, please give them a hug for me and let them know I think of their loved one's sacrifices daily. I am deeply moved by their loss.

The news yesterday was devastating to me as a human being and as the parent of a Marine. The way the two U.S. Soldiers were murdered in Iraq as they were waiting at a stop light is of unspeakable evil. This brings to heart that we are in a war that will most likely never end until our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ returns. The War on Terror will be the final War and will eventually involve the whole world. Some countries think they are exempt from terror and some countries think if they do nothing, then the terrorists will leave them alone. It sickens me to think that the people who did this are to be considered human. I know all life is considered sacred by God and that He loves everyone equally. But, you can understand a lot about a culture of people if you observe and study how they treat their dead. The Americans and Israelies gather up every small piece of human flesh when their troops and citizens are murdered in the suicide bombings and in the attacks of terrorism. How many months did the Americans sift through the debris of the Twin Towers in New York looking for any small piece of human remains? Then take a look at the culture that produces the suicide bombers. They willingly blow themselves up and none of their fellow terrorists care about their remains........
